- How do I install Inbox2Action?
- Add the extension to Chrome — or any Chromium browser like Edge, Brave or Arc — then connect your Gmail and Notion. The Inbox2Action icon appears right in your Gmail toolbar, ready to go.
- Do I have to leave Gmail to use it?
- No. Inbox2Action lives right inside Gmail — open an email, click the icon, and it becomes a Notion task without switching tabs.
- Which browsers does Inbox2Action work with?
- Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc — and any other Chromium-based browser. Add the extension and you're ready to go.
- What kind of Notion databases can I save to?
- Any of them — tasks, projects, a CRM, a content calendar, and more. If a Notion database is shared with the integration, you can save emails straight to it with statuses, due dates and labels.
- Why can't Inbox2Action find my Notion database?
- Notion only shows databases that have been shared with the integration. Open the database in Notion, click the ••• menu in the top-right, choose Connections, and add Inbox2Action — it'll show up as a save destination right away.
- Can I save a whole email thread?
- Yes — Inbox2Action captures the conversation, not just a single message, so the full back-and-forth lands in Notion with the context intact.
- Will my Gmail and Notion stay in sync?
- Yes. Statuses and labels stay in sync between Gmail and Notion in real time, so what you see in your inbox matches what's in your workspace.
- Can I use Inbox2Action with my team?
- Yes. The Teams plan lets you invite teammates and assign saved emails to them, so work gets delegated without anyone leaving their inbox.
- Is it free to get started?

- I use Notion Mail — is that going away?

- What happens to my email data?
